The Children's Symphony is an ode to the youth of our world, the future that lies ahead of them, and the immense power they have to shape that future in any way they want.

'Part One: A Better World' depicts our young generations as they ponder the nature of the world they live in, and what they can and should do to make it better for themselves and for everyone else in the future.

'Part Two: Trapped!' depicts the difficult feeling young people often have, as their desire to change things in our world is frequently at odds with and dragged down by the stubborn traditions and "conventional wisdom" of the past.

'Part Three: This Is Our Time' is a reminder that NOW is the time for our youth to rethink our world in creative and new ways. A child's imagination is more than just a light-hearted and whimsical source of entertainment. It's also a powerful and crucial tool that can be used to question the norms of our world, and aspire to find new and innovative ways to make this world better for everyone. To all the kids out there: Keep dreaming and keep questioning.

This symphony is heavily inspired by Joe Hisaishi, and the movie 'The Wind Rises,' directed by Hayao Miyazaki with Ghibli Studios, with music also composed by Joe Hisaishi.

Dedicated to my family and friends. They believed in me when I didn't. They are the reason you are hearing this today.
